Hi! I’m Kate. I offer group exercise classes and personal training to build your strength, make you sweat and make you smile!

WEEKLY GROUP FITNESS

My classes focus on perfecting great form so that every movement really benefits your body, I’ll get you moving well and lifting heavier, safely. The training is progressive, challenging and accessible for your fitness level with modifications provided. Group classes are a great way to start or continue your training - if you want to feel supported and encouraged as part of a team then this is for you! All classes are held at a private gym in Chichester.

STRENGTH

Wednesdays 5.15 - 6.15pm

& 6.30 - 7.30pm

This is a small group class of up to 6 people max. You’ll learn to lift heavy, safely, performing weighted resistance exercises in sets & reps with progressive overload, all with focus on technique and great form. This is full body training in a steady state, designed to build both strength & confidence - we finish all together with focused Sprint Interval Training (SIT) suitable for all but the ideal class structure if you’re 40+ in peri/post menopause - your body will respond & adapt in the best way to meet the challenge!

This workout is intermediate/advanced with choice of heavier lifts - but suitable for all with modifications given.

POWER CIRCUITS

Saturdays 8 - 9am

Enjoy an effective & well planned circuit class featuring a mix of bodyweight & weighted resistance exercises, featuring battling ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands & med balls! This class is designed to fire up your heart rate & get you buzzing whilst you sculpt your full body, training for power, endurance, balance & agility on all planes of movement - it’s hard work but with real reward, you’ll feel worked top to toe, you’ll have fun & you’ll leave feeling empowered!

This is a resistance training circuit class - regressions, progressions & movement substitutions offered so that all fitness levels can train together.
