SMALL GROUP COACHING
My sessions focus on perfecting great form so that every movement really benefits your body, I’ll get you moving well and lifting heavier, safely. The training is progressive, challenging and accessible for your fitness level with modifications provided. Group coaching is a great way to start or continue your training - if you want to feel supported and encouraged as part of a team then this is for you! All sessions are held at a private gym in Chichester.
TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS 12.45-1.45pm

In this small group coaching session, we move with focus and intention, a hybrid mix of strength, power, conditioning and flow that will train your full body to leave you feeling strong, agile, powerful and well, awesome!
Expect to lift weights, dynamically move your body and gain confidence in your capabilities. You’ll learn to lift heavy, safely performing weighted resistance exercises with focus on technique and great form - we finish all together with focused Sprint Interval Training (SIT) your body will respond & adapt in the best way to meet the challenge!
This is a small group coaching format rather than a traditional class. Because the group is smaller I’m able to coach you much more individually and focus on your progression. Spaces are limited - message to enquire about availability and secure your space.
Intermediate/advanced but suitable for all abilities with modifications.
