  • Strength and conditioning based sessions designed to challenge your full body and force adaptations in stamina and endurance whilst building body shape and confidence. I utilise bodyweight resistance, free weights and plyometric movement in a variety of formats to keep training fresh and exciting, so you never know exactly what I'll have in store for you!  I can guarantee that good form is always the focus with quality movement paramount. 

  • Yes! I offer regressions/progressions and alternatives for all movements. The group classes are designed to be challenging but that will depend on how hard you push yourself, I will always encourage you to go at your own pace, to be where you're at and respect your current capability as you work to progress your fitness level. Be assured that you are not there to compare or compete with others but to be supported by the team environment, we all lift each other up, we work our way through each session together with a huge sense of accomplishment!

  • Yes! But this will depend on your individual goal, your focus and listening to the cues I’ll give you throughout the session to perfect good form. Attend sessions regularly and you will discover that the aesthetic changes you desire will come as a welcome bonus to getting strong and learning just what your amazing body is capable of! With time and consistency you'll build strength, increase lean muscle mass, burn fat and reveal a lean athletic physique - I did it and so can you! 

  • Personal training offers exclusive coaching with my focus solely on you, whether you'd like to work towards a specific goal or build your confidence before proceeding to classes. Many 1:1 clients also add in regular weekly classes so that they can benefit from the social aspect of the group training, getting the best of both! 

  • Yes! This is so important to prevent injury and reduce muscle soreness post training. I always start with a dynamic warm up to raise your heart rate, mobilise you joints and ready your muscles for the workout. We end each session with a cool down flow to return the body gently back to homeostasis, lowering your heart rate and lengthening your muscles back to their pre exercise state - allowing you to leave class feeling accomplished but ready for your busy day ahead, or your bed, whichever time of the day you choose to train! 

  • Its best to train fed but leave at least an hour after eating before training, you want to fuel up but not be worried that you'll see your meal in reverse! Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Please bring your own mat to use in class. Wear comfortable active wear to train in. Sessions start on time so please aim to arrive a least 5 mins early so that you can start the session feeling fully prepared and focused, you'll leave feeling strong, satisfied and accomplished! 

  • Classes are held at a private gym facility at Glenmore Business Park, Chichester. We open the front & get outdoors to utilize the outside space to train whenever the weather permits - during the darker winter mornings and evenings we’ll be cosy indoors!

  • I understand the struggle with childcare, its great if you can get out a train alone but if that’s not possible then your little ones are welcome to the gym during 1:1 personal training sessions (so long as you feel confident they will keep a safe distance from the equipment and other attendees whilst your session is in progress). Any children that accompany you remain your responsibility and must be under your supervision at all times. Children are not able to attend the sessions at the gym during group classes due to number of people in the space and nature of equipment in use.

  • No problem at all, your booking confirmation email has links to enable you to reschedule or cancel your booking as needed. I require for 12 hours notice so that the space can be made available for someone else to attend, any cancellations made within 12 hours of a scheduled booking are non refundable or transferable.

  • If I have to cancel a session for any reason then your booking will be rescheduled for the next available session. If this is not convenient then I will offer you a refund.
